Good news for seniors in the South Cariboo as the Cathy McLeod, MP for Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo, was in Forest Grove today to announce over sixty-five thousand dollars of funding for improvements to three different service organizations.
MP McLeod was complimentary towards the New Horizons program and what it does for the community.
Through the program, the Forest Grove Legion and Interlakes Community Complex will receive twenty-five thousand dollars, while the Lac La Hache Old Age Pensioners Organization will get a little over fifteen thousand.
