Williams Lake RCMP are seeking the public’s help in what is being called a “serious assault.”
Police say they were called to the 400 block of Dodwell Street on Sunday morning at 5-18 for what was initially reported as a disturbance complaint as a bunch of people on the street were yelling and screaming.
While en route, police were then notified by medical personnel that a person had been brought to the hospital with serious injuries.
RCMP believe that the two incidents were related.
Anyone with information is asked to call the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
