The new police detachment being built on Aldur Avenue in 100 Mile House acquired another design feature last week when RCMP buried a time capsule.
Staff Sergeant Blake Ward runs through the items that were chosen to be in the capsule.
Documentation has been left as to the capsule’s whereabouts so that in 25 years it can be recovered by future RCMP members.
