A school bus carrying 40 students was stuck by an SUV at 7:30 am on Friday.
RCMP say the school bus was traveling eastbound on Stebbe Road when it was struck by the SUV, near Jane Road.
The students on the bus were checked on scene by emergency medical personnel and transferred to a different bus to be transported to school.
The SUV, which was heavily damaged, was towed from the scene, while the bus that was struck received only minor damage.
The driver of the SUV, an 18-year-old male, has been issued a violation ticket for Failing to Yield.
