A tragic bike accident.
That`s how an RCMP spokesperson describes the death of a young man in Quesnel on the weekend.
Police were called to Highway 97 at the top of the Dragon Lake Hill on Friday afternoon.
The investigation is now being handed over to the coroner as the RCMP spokesperson says that police do not believe that the accident was the result of any criminal activity.
RCMP also confirm that the victim is not Sean Kuntz, the missing cyclist from Smithers.
The victim’s name is not being released.
