A 100 Mile House man, charged in connection with a shooting, has been ordered to stand trial.
That was the result of a three-day Preliminary Inquiry that wrapped up yesterday in provincial court for 46-year old Nicholas Finley.
A trial date will be set on the 26th of this month.
Finley is charged with Aggravated Assault, Causing Bodily Harm with Intent, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of an Offence and with Pointing a Firearm.
The charges are in connection with an alleged incident in the Roe Lake area in March of 2016.
RCMP say they discovered that a 42-year old man had been shot in the arm.
