A 100 Mile House man charged with attempted murder has been ordered to stand trial.
That was the result of a 2-day preliminary inquiry that wrapped up Wednesday for 59-year old Phillip Thomas May.
He will be back in Supreme Court on February 16th to set a date for his trial.
Despite having some charges stayed, May is still facing numerous other charges including aggravated assault, use of a firearm to cause bodily harm, and uttering threats.
May allegedly shot a 39-year old man, also from 100 Mile, on 93 Mile Loop road and fled from police back in May of 2014.
