A deceased male has been discovered in the 100 Mile House area.
RCMP say they received a call on Tuesday from friends of a 65-year old male.
Police say he lived in an isolated area and that his whereabouts were unknown.
A subsequent investigation that included the assistance of both RCMP air and police dog services led investigators to a wooded area near the man’s residence where he was discovered deceased.
RCMP do not suspect foul play and the case has now been turned over to the BC Coroner’s Service for further investigation.
The man’s name has not been released.
