RCMP were called to a residence on Flamingo Street in West Quesnel on Monday afternoon at around 3 o’clock after receiving a complaint of an assault with a weapon.
Sargeant Chris Riddle explains what happened next…
“Police surrounded the residence and eventually arrested three people inside the residence. Subsequent to those arrests two search warrants were executed at that residence and among other evidence multiple firearms were located and seized.”
Riddle says the investigation is still in the early stages so not a lot of information can be released.
He does confirm that there was one victim in this alleged incident.
