The Cariboo Regional District (CRD) will be looking at the possibility of webcasting their meetings.
Area D Director, Steve Forseth, who made the proposal says it only makes sense that the CRD gets on board with the decision.
Forseth, adds that he is hopeful that if the request is deemed feasible for the 2015 budget, it can be applied to other CRD meetings as well.
Area I Director Dylan Cash, who supported the request, says it would be great for younger people to have the CRD’s board meetings webcast.
The request to webcast the CRD board meetings received the support of all  Area Directors, except Area E Director, Byron Kemp.
The CRD will be further discussing the request at a later date.
