Quesnel RCMP responded to the scene of a crash involving a Greyhound bus and three other vehicles on Highway 97 south of Kersley on Friday.
Sargeant Al Steinhauser with North District Regional Traffic Services confirms that one person was killed and three others taken to G.R. Baker Hospital following the incident at 5:13 pm.
The injuries are said to range from minor to serious.
Steinhauser also confirms that the accident involved the charter bus, a Kubota Tractor pulling a piece of farm equipment, and two personal vehicles.
All of the vehicles were heading north at the time.
What caused the accident remains under investigation. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
The highway which was closed for an extended period of time fully reopened Saturday morning at around 6:30 according to Drive BC.
