Quesnel RCMP are investigating several incidents of damaged mailboxes in the West Fraser, West Villiage and Kersley areas.
Police confirm that suspects have pried open and damaged mailboxes and taken the contents inside.
The public is being asked to be vigilant in reporting any suspicious behavior near rural or apartment mailboxes immediately.
Police also suggest that people pick up their mail daily.
