Seedy Start-Up to help new entrepreneurs in williams lake

A new program to create new business development in Williams Lake is now available.

The Seeding Start-Ups Pilot Project Co-Ordinator Beth Veenkamp explains.

“The Seeding Start-Ups Program is design to create economic growth within the city of Williams Lake. We are looking for people who fit in our youth category which is going to be 19 to 29 and fifty plus age group that are interested in starting a new enterprise”.

Contributions range from a thousand to fifteen hundred dollars based on approval of a business plan which individuals present to the Seedlings Start-Ups review panel.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must be a resident of Williams Lake and plan on operating within the city limits.
