The North District Major Crime Unit (MCU) have identified 22-year-old Jesse Frank of Williams Lake as the homicide victim whose body was discovered under the Rudy Johnson Bridge on Jan. 2.
MCU says the although the cause of death will not be released, they can confirm that they are investigating this incident as a homicide.
The incident is believed to have been targeted and the public is not at risk.
Anyone with information regarding any of Frank’s activities prior to his untimely death is asked to contact the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211.
