South Cariboo Search and Rescue were called into action over the weekend.
North District Media Relations officer Madonna Saunderson explains why.
“On Saturday around 9pm two snowmobilers were reported missing to the 100 Mile House RCMP. They failed to return home after a snowmobiling trip in the Spanish Mica Mountain Area. At twenty to 12 yesterday morning Search and Rescue located the two men”.
Saunderson said the two men were found safe and sound and not injured.
