North Cariboo House Numbering Campaign underway

“Frustrating,” is one way Quesnel RCMP describe not being able to locate a residence because the address is not clearly visible from the road.

According to Media Relations Corporal Stu Murray, that’s one of the main points of the ‘North Cariboo House Numbering Campaign.’

In a press release, the Quesnel detachment is asking the public, “to do their part.” Murray says the reflective numbering one can get at a hardware store is the best way to go. He also says somehow finding a way to place it at the end of your driveway, on a post perhaps, is ideal.

The RCMP in Quesnel have partnered with other North Cariboo emergency services for this campaign as it also obviously applies to ambulance and fire.
