Man co-accused in connection of fatal drive-by shooting makes court appearance

A Williams Lake man, the co-accused in connection with a fatal drive-by shooting near Salmon Arm, was back in court Tuesday.

Jeremy Davis was appearing for an arraignment hearing.

It was put over until Feb. 10.

Davis and Jordan Barnes from Mission are each facing one count of 2nd Degree Murder.

The charges are in connection with the death of 24-year old Nicholas Larsen in Blind Bay three years ago.

Police have released very few details about the shooting other than that one of the suspects was known to Larsen and that the incident likely stemmed from a verbal altercation.

Barnes is due back in court on Apr. 20 for a Preliminary Inquiry.
