Future Scientists On Display In Quesnel

The College of New Caledonia in Quesnel is hosting a community science fair later today.

Andrew Taylor is a Biology Instructor at CNC…

“The science fair is for intermediate students in local schools, most of the schools involved are having their own science fairs as well, and these students are coming from those fairs but other students are also welcome to come to this fair. Basically we’re going to have judging at 9 in the morning and the students will be judged for about 2 hours. After that time there is going to be public viewing from 11-30 until 2-30 and then an awards ceremony at 2-30.”

Taylor says they are expecting around 40 projects this year.

Some of these students will be going on to compete at the Regional Science Fair in Prince George.
