Curling Action Starts Today in 100 Mile House

The annual Ladies Bonspiel is all set and ready to go starting today at the 100 Mile Curling Club.

Ken Kelly, Vice President of the club says 16 teams will be participating from all across the central interior.

“We got 1 from Prince George I believe, 1 from Clearwater, 1 from Ashcroft, a couple from Kamloops and Williams Lake.”

Kelly added multiple teams from 100 Mile House will also be competing and that this year’s theme is Western so the rink will most likely be filled with some great outfits.

Actions starts today, continues tomorrow, with the finals to be played on Sunday and as always fans and spectators are more than welcome to attend.
