McLeod’s Canada 150 Plan Officially Launched

Member of Parliament for the Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo, Cathy McLeod launched a rather unique plan recently regarding our countries upcoming 150th Birthday.

It is being called the Canada 150 plan and McLeod let us know what she is planning.

“What I would like to do is do a Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo 50 places, 50 people, and 50 events and highlight them through social media. I think we have a fantastic area that we live in, a fantastic riding, and so many unique things to celebrate.”

McLeod added that anyone within the riding with suggestions on who, where, or what should be featured on her Canada 150 plan should contact her office, website, or social media pages.

Her journey can be followed on her website or social media pages or by searching the hashtag #MPMcLeod150.
