It was another successful year for Operation Red Nose in Williams Lake.
Dave Dickson with Community Safety for the City and RCMP, says the last night of the event, which was on New Year’s Eve, saw a great turnout.
Dickson says a total of 30 volunteers gave out 68 rides.
The Williams Lake Rotary Club is expected to host a wrap-up event in the upcoming days to present the proceeds from the program to the Cariboo Chilcotin Gymnastics Club, Blue Fins, Cariboo Chilcotin Youth Fiddlers, and Williams Lake Skate Club.
