13 healthcare workers in Quesnel will share $500,000.
The BC Lottery Corporation released a few more details this afternoon after the group picked up their cheque in Kamloops.
They matched 6 numbers and the extra in Friday’s Lotto Max draw.
The group trustee is Dwayne McKerlie.
He says they have been playing as a group for 13 months.
As for what they will do with the money, ideas range from paying bills and home renovations to family trips.
The winning ticket was purchased at Frank’s Supermarket in Quesnel.
