Stolen ATVs Recovered In Forest Grove Area

With help from the public, RCMP in 100 Mile House recently located 2 stolen ATV’s, a motorcycle, and ATV trailer stolen from South Cariboo Motorsports this past weekend.

Corporal Brian Lamb with the 100 Mile House RCMP detachment gives us the details.

“Right now we have 2 male youths who cannot be named under the youth criminal justice act, they have been arrested for offences including break and enter and possession of stolen property.”

Lamb says that the stolen items were recovered on 2 separate properties in the Forest Grove Area and items such as a snowmobile, television, and motorcycle riding gear were also found that were connected with a residential break and enter the occurred late last year.

5 firearms were also seized from the property and are believed to be stolen. RCMP is continuing their investigation with the firearms to determine an owner.

The 2 males have been released from custody and will be appearing in court at a later date.
