A trial date has been set for a Quesnel man, charged in connection with a fatal accident.
Cody Dan will be back in court on June 12th.
Dan, 19 at the time of his arrest, is charged with Impaired Driving, Impaired Driving Causing Death, Driving while over .08 and with Taking a Motor Vehicle Without Consent.
The charges stem from a single vehicle accident on the Nazko Highway back in August of 2012.
RCMP say they found a vehicle in the ditch fully engulfed in flames near Long Road.
A 17-year old passenger, Larry Laurent from Prince George, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police say the driver was taken to hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
