It will be the last night to catch a ride through Operation Red Nose in Williams Lake before Christmas.
Manager of Community Safety, Dave Dickson says although they’re seeing the number of rides down somewhat, volunteers are ready.
“You know it’s been really cold and maybe people are saying you know let’s just stay home tonight, it’s too cold out so we’ll see what happens but you know we’ll ready. There will be 7 teams ready to respond.”
Dickson says they had 6 teams of volunteers Friday.
Operation Red Nose runs tonight from 9pm until 1am and will not be operational again until New Year’s Eve.
