Red Nose completes week 3 in williams lake

The weather was brisk and so was business for Operation Rednose this past weekend in Williams Lake.

After completing their third weekend of offering safe rides home for motorists and their vehicles, Manager of Community Safety for the City of Williams Lake, Dave Dickson, goes over the numbers.

“It was a good weekend. Friday was a little slow but Saturday night we had 53 rides which was good, it kept us going”.

So far this year after six evenings Operation Red Nose has given 178 rides to 384 riders.

Dickson reminds everyone that this weekend will be the final evenings for Operation Red Nose in Williams Lake until New Years Eve.
