The historic town of Barkerville is celebrating Christmas early!
Barkerville will host a Victorian Christmas event this Saturday through Monday.
James Douglas, the Manager of Visitor Experiences, says there will be sleigh rides along with award-winning singers and Father Christmas, himself.
Admission is by donation, either cash to the Barkerville Heritage Trust or a non-perishable food item which will be delivered to the Wells branch of the Royal Canadian Legion for their Christmas Hamper Program.
