Kayla Moleschi nominated for Rugby sevens player of the year

Voting for the 2016 Rugby Canada Player of the Year is officially underway.

The public will be able to vote in 4 different categories including senior men, senior women, men’s sevens and women’s sevens.

Among the women’s sevens nominees is Williams Lake native Kayla Moleschi who recently played on the first ever Canadian Olympic women’s rugby sevens team in Rio, winning a bronze medal.

Votes can be cast on www.surveymonkey.com/r/16awardsvoting  until December.20th with the winner set to be announced in Vancouver in March of 2017.
