Williams Lake Rink Cashes In At Quesnel Bonspiel

A Williams Lake rink claimed this year’s 37th annual Grey Cup Cashspiel in Quesnel.

Simone Groundwater, also the 2014 winner, drew to the 4-foot in an extra end to take the title.

5-4 was the final score over Blair Hedden from Quesnel.

Ray Blackmore from Quesnel won the B final 7-2 over Bill Lim of Prince George.

Garnet Boese from PG captured the C over Brady Waffle from Quesnel and Roger Kaleta from Williams Lake is this year’s D champion.

He beat Jerome Deis from Quesnel.
