Williams Lake and District Credit Union Community Health Center celebrates renovations

The Williams Lake and District Credit Union Community Health Center, is excited to announce the recent renovations which were undertaken.

Among the changes, a second exam room, doubling the capacity of the TRU training facility.

There is one draw back to this upgrade and the great work being done at the school and that’s the fact it’s so busy now, it can no longer act as Williams Lake’s only walk-in clinic.

Although the clinic was never advertized as a walk-in, it became one as people sought treatment for some minor aliments which could be treated by nurse practitioner Sandi Lachapelle and her awesome staff of nurses in training from TRU.

The facility is still the only option for those without a family doctor, but now it is by appointment only.
