Couple facing 16 charges each in drug-gun bust

Back in late October a Williams Lake couple were arrested at a home on Carson and a quantity of drugs and nearly a dozen guns, a large quantity of ammo and a large sum of money were recovered .

Yesterday, Davey Ronald Auger and Shayanna Paige Stene made their first court appearance in relation to the bust.

Each faces 16 charges, many related to the 11 guns discovered as well as drug related charges.

The drugs recovered were believed to be cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana.

Police also found a large quantity of stolen property which they are trying to reunite with the owners.

The pair will be back in court December 14th.
