The second week of Operation Red Nose in Williams Lake proved to be a hit, with more drivers handing over the reins to volunteers.
Dave Dickson, Community Safe Coordinator for the City of Williams Lake says volunteers gave 23 rides on Friday compared to zero the previous week.
Saturday, also proved to be a good night for the 21 volunteers who gave 56 rides; which is up five from the first week.
Operation Red Nose, which is in its’ 7th year of operation, will run again in Williams Lake from 9 pm to 3 am this Friday and Saturday.
