A former City of Quesnel employee, accused of threatening to harm his supervisors, will not be going to trial.
A charge of Uttering Threats has been stayed against 52-year old Krishan Jassal.
He was scheduled to go to trial on the 30th of this month.
Jassal was taken into custody just before Christmas last year.
RCMP received a complaint involving a city employee and extra security measures were then put in place at City Hall and at the landfill where he worked.
