The Cariboo Cougars have hit the midway point in top spot in the BC Major Midget Hockey League.
The Cougars improved to 17-2 and 1 following a couple of victories over the visiting Okanagan Rockets on the weekend.
Quesnel’s Keith Redden had a goal and an assist in a 4-1 win on Saturday.
Colton Thomas and Chase Dubois, both from Williams Lake, also scored for the Cougars.
Redden and Dubois had goals on Sunday as well in a 3-0 win.
