100 Mile House RCMP responded to a motor vehicle incident earlier this morning.
Corporal Brian Lamb explains what happend.
“At 8:30 this morning we were called to a report of a collision between a grader and vehicle on Riel Road which is in the Horse lake area. A grader was plowing the road and an oncoming vehicle hit the grader head on. The driver of the vehicle and the grader were fortunately not injured”.
Lamb says it’s believed that the driver of the vehicle did not see the grader due to sun glare and fog while travelling on an uphill portion of the roadway so the driver’s vision was obstructed at the time.
There was some damage done to the vehicle and no other damage done to the grader.
