New parking restrictions

Lake City residents should be on the lookout for new parking restrictions on Second Avenue North
Council has voted to approve a two hour parking restriction on the even addressed side of Second Avenue North between Proctor and Cameron Street.
Businesses requested the change due to the limited parking available for customers.
The restriction will be in effect Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm.
A spokesperson for the City says the signs should be in place either by the end of this week or early next week.
The cost of the signs and instillation has come in at $500.
