Fall is just around the corner.

With today being the last day of summer we asked Meteorologist for Environment Canada Armel Castellane what the change in seasons has in store for us weather wise.

“For the fall because La Nina, whether it happens or not, doesn’t have traditionally an impact  on the fall. What we’re going to expect are warmer than normal temperatures, and by warmer I mean is even like a quarter of a degree to a degree for the Cariboo country”.

Castellane also pointed out that this has been the wettest month on record for the Cariboo Chilcotin with 53 millimetres of rain fallen so far.
