A Likely man accused of manslaughter has been ordered to stand trial after a lengthy preliminary inquiry.
55 year old Guy William Smith will be back in court on October 11th to fix a date for trial. He is also facing one count of indignity to human remains.
The charges stem from the death of 60 year old Gary Price who was reported missing by his family in March 2013.
His remains were found on a Likely property in September 2014.
