Quesnel RCMP responded to a collision Saturday afternoon at 4:18 on Highway 97 on the Hydraulic Road.
Corporal Madonna Saunderson with North District Traffic Services has the details.
“Apparently a pickup truck and a car collided after the car tempted to merge south onto the highway from Hydraulic Road”.
Saunderson said the people riding in the pickup truck didn’t sustain any injuries however the 2 people in the car were seriously injured and one was medi-vaced to Vancouver.
RCMP say the investigation is on-going.
