100 Mile House residents can use the South Cariboo Recreation Centre once again.
The facility had been closed since July 28th when a fire started in the mechanical/sprinkler room.
Josh Dickerson is the manager of the Centre and he says things should get back to normal very soon.
“Nothing is delayed so far. The ice will be painted today so it will be ready by next Monday for our hockey camps”.

Dickerson also said that the South Cariboo Recreation Centre didn’t suffer any other damage to any of their equipment and the quick response by 100 Mile House Fire Rescue was a big help.
