Williams Lake Man’s Murder Case To Continue In The Fall

A Pre-trial conference for two men accused of murder, including one from Williams Lake, will resume in the fall.

Jeremy Davis and Jordan Barnes, who is from Mission, will be back in Supreme Court in Kamloops on October 5th.

Both are charged with 2nd Degree Murder.

The charges are in connection with the drive-by shooting death of 24-year old Nicholas Larsen in Blind Bay, just west of Salmon Arm, back in June of 2011.

RCMP say an investigation revealed that the vehicle that Larsen was riding in was forced off the road by another vehicle and that a suspect in it then opened fire.

Police say multiple bullets struck the vehicle and that Larsen succumbed to his injuries on a nearby friend’s property.
