On July 31, 2016 at 1:48 a.m. the Williams Lake RCMP received a report that a 35 year old Deep Creek man who was fishing at the Xats Ull Herritage Site Road area slipped and fell into the Simon Fraser River.
An extensive ground, air, and river search was conducted but the missing man was not located.
The file remains active and ongoing.
No further details will be released at this time.
