Quesnel Politician Tells CN Rail To Clean Up It’s Mess !

A Quesnel City Councillor has a beef with CN Rail.

Ron Paull says they are responsible for an unsightly premise.

“I raised the concern about the CN yard across from our visitor’s center and immediately adjacent to where our guest get off of Rocky Mountaineer is a deplorable mess and I would like to know why nothing has happened.”

Mayor Bob Simpson noted that Staff has made some attempts to contact CN.

“It’s not that nothing has been done, its just a very large organization that is hard to pin down who you are supposed to be talking to to engage them in a conversation.”

Simpson says they are also trying to contact them in regards to the work they are doing with the Ministry of Transportation.
