Prelim Set For Alleged South Cariboo Shooter

A date has been set for a Preliminary Inquiry for a 45-year old man who is charged in connection with an alleged shooting incident in the South Cariboo.
Nicholas Finley will be back in court in Williams Lake on December 6th.
He’s charged with Aggravated Assault, Causing Bodily Harm with Intent, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of an Offence and with Pointing a Firearm.
100 Mile House RCMP were called out to the Horse Lake Road area back on March 6th after receiving a report that a 42-year old man had been shot in the arm.
Finley was arrested in Mission 10 days later.
Not a lot of details were released in relation to this alleged incident, although police did indicate at the time that the two people involved knew each other.
