It was a good weekend for the Quesnel Crossfire in the Prince George Senior Men’s Lacrosse League.
They came up with a pair of wins on the road against Mackenzie.
Jakob Schweb scored 6 goals in an 18-12 victory in the first game.
Chase Ballendine added 2 goals and 5 assists.
It was much closed in the second game however as Quesnel squeaked by for an 8-7 win.
Bryston Waffle paced the offence in that one with a pair of goals as Quesnel improved to 4 and 8 on the season.
