The Cariboo Cougars continue to roll in the BC Major Midget Hockey League.
They swept the visiting Fraser Valley Thunderbirds in a pair of games on the weekend to improve to 13-2 and 1 on the season.
That is the best record in the league.
Williams Lake’s Chase Dubois had 2 goals and an assist in an 8-1 victory on Saturday.
Quesnel’s Keith Redden had a goal and an assist and Myles Mattila, also from Quesnel, scored a goal as well.
4-1 was the score for the Cougars on Sunday.
Dubois had a goal in that game as well.
