UPDATE Tuesday, May 3rd: The Williams Lake RCMP is pleased to confirm that Kori Stewart has been located, and she is safe and sound.
Original Story: Williams Lake RCMP are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person.
Kori Stewart was last seen in the 150 Mile area back on April 9th.
Police say she last contacted her family on the 24th and she is said to frequent Williams Lake, Prince George and Kamloops.
RCMP Constable Andrew Waters describes Stewart as a 40-year old caucasian female who is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 120 pounds.
He says she has brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Williams Lake RCMP.
