A Prince George rink won this year’s 45th annual Grey Cup Cashspiel in Quesnel.
The Wilson rink from PG took the A-event final.
They won a 6-5 nail biter over the Bisaro rink from Williams Lake.
Justin Nillson’s team from Quesnel, last year’s champion, settled for the B-event title this year.
That was another close game as they got by team CEEA from Quesnel 5-4 in an extra end.
The C went to Tim Richards and team Fresno from Quesnel, and the Jones rink from Prince George claimed the D.
Richards defeated Team Brown, a Vancouver/Quesnel combo, 7-4.
Jones defeated the Legends rink from Quesnel in another close one, 7-6.
A total of 16 rinks took part.
