Search Warrant Leads to Drug Seizure

Charges are recommended against five people following the seizure of cocaine, money, cell phones, and a vehicle in Williams Lake.

On March 18 at 11:00 p.m, RCMP executed a search warrant in the 1100 block of 2nd Avenue North.

During the execution of the warrant, five individuals were arrested.

This is the second search warrant executed in this neighborhood within a week and is another example of the Williams Lake RCMP’s commitment to reducing crime in the community and taking illicit drugs off the street.

Charges will be recommended for possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Anyone with information about drug trafficking is asked to contact the Williams Lake RCMP or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
