The suspect in the March 6th shooting of a 42 year old man in 100 Mile House has been taken into custody one day after Provincial Crown Counsel approved charges in this incident of discharging a firearm with intent and aggravated assault.
“On March 18th the suspect at the time 45 year old Nicholas Finley was located in a residence in Mission and was taken into custody as a result of those charges,” says North District RCMP Corporal Dave Tyreman.
Finley is in custody in Mission but is expected to appear in Provincial Court sometime this week in Williams Lake.
